Under the Covenant of Jesus Christ, the 12 Tribes of Israel/the Children of God are the followers of Christ from ALL NATIONS! This mystery was hid with God from the foundation of the world, and revealed by Christ to his disciples, and by the Holy Ghost to the Saints. This is the fulfillment of God’s promise/covenant to Abraham.

Romans 4:1: "What shall we say then that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found?"
Romans 4:2: "For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God."
Romans 4:3: "For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness." See Genesis 15:6.

Romans 4:12: "And the father of circumcision to them” [The Gentiles/other nations] “who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which he had being yet uncircumcised."
Romans 4:13: "For the promise, that he” [Abraham] “should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed," [Christ] "through the law, but through the righteousness of faith." See Galatians 3:16-18.
Romans 4:14: "For if they" [The Jews/circumcision] "which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect:"
